Wine from the red wine varieties Xinomavro (80%) and Syrah (20%). With a balanced taste, featuring strong aromas of small red fruits, cherry, strawberry, raspberry. With a unique volume, roundness and characteristic acidity that gives it a long lasting aftertaste.
Xinomavro and Syrah come from privately owned organic vineyards cultivated at a height of 300m. The mesoclimate we encounter due to the relief as well as the seaside winds in summer are ideal for producing a wine of exceptional refinement and at the same time intense expression of the characteristic aromas of both varieties. The texture of the soil is sandy loam. The planting density is 340 trees per acre.
