White dry wine Roditis-Malagouzia “Melios” 750ml (Brintzikis Estate)

White Dry wine -Local Ilia | Ancient Olympia

Varietal Composition | 70% Roditis | 30% Malagouzia

Produced from grapes of Roditis Fox (Kokkinara) on selected vineyards of the Ilian mountains was combined with the variety Malagouzia from the BIO vineyards of the estate Brintziki. Fermentation was conducted at 18°C in stainless steel tanks for almost 10 days, followed by maturation on the lees for two months and batonnage once per week.

The wine is sustainable and made from a winery with a zero carbon footprint.

Yellow color with green apple aromas and bergamot. Rich mouth and long aftertaste.

Serve at 8-10°C
